Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lucklot instant-win campaign service ("Service") operated by Toshikazu Horioka ("Operator"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service provides the following features:

1. Creation and management of QR-code-based instant-win campaigns
2. Mobile-friendly prize game experiences for your customers
3. Digital coupon issuance and management
4. Participant data collection and analytics
5. Notification delivery via SMS and email

1. An account is required to use the Service. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and password).
3. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of your account, except in cases of the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
4. Creating multiple accounts per person is prohibited.

1. The Service offers a 14-day free trial and paid plans (Lite, Standard, Business). Plan details and pricing are available on the pricing page.
2. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via credit card through Stripe.
3. You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
4. Usage-based charges (such as SMS delivery) are billed in addition to the plan fee at the rates shown on the pricing page.
5. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

As a User of the Service, you agree to:

1. Ensure your campaigns comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection and promotional contest rules
2. Properly manage participant personal data collected through your campaigns in compliance with applicable data protection laws (you are the data controller for participant data collected through your campaigns)
3. Not make false or misleading claims about prizes or coupons
4. Obtain explicit opt-in consent from participants before sending promotional SMS or email messages
5. Not interfere with the operation of the Service

You may not:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation
2. Use the Service for any criminal activity
3. Place excessive load on our servers or network
4. Interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Access another user's account without authorization
6. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
7. Use the Service to operate gambling or betting campaigns
8. Engage in any activity that the Operator determines to be inappropriate

1. All intellectual property rights in the Service (including its design, code, and branding) belong to the Operator or their licensors.
2. Content you create through the Service (campaign text, images, etc.) remains your property. However, you grant the Operator a limited license to use this content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

1. Scheduled or emergency maintenance of servers or infrastructure
2. Force majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.)
3. Other circumstances that make providing the Service impractical

1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. In any event, the Operator's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
4. The Operator is not liable for disputes between you and your campaign participants.

1. You may terminate your account at any time.
2. Active campaigns will be immediately ended upon account termination.
3. Account data will be deleted within a reasonable period after termination, except for data required to be retained by law.

1. The Operator may modify these Terms at any time.
2. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
3. The Japanese-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version; this English translation is provided for convenience.
